Workshops

Impact on Teesside offers a variety of groups designed to help you navigate life's challenges. Our groups provide a safe and supportive environment where you can connect with others who share similar experiences.

Our groups are a great option for those seeking help, as they often have shorter waiting times compared to individual therapy. Joining a group can provide you with valuable insights, coping strategies, and a sense of community. Please get in touch with the service if you feel this would be a good option for you or if you have already referred, please make your assessor aware you would like to try one of these options.
